I started my career at Shell Oil and moved to Arthur Andersen (now Accenture) where I worked on projects for clients in the public and private sector.

I co-founded the DMW Group, a tech advisory firm, and subsequently worked in senior roles in Standard Chartered Bank, Allied Irish Banks and Capgemini. Until September 2017, I was an executive director at Kainos Group plc, a digital technology company.

I am currently an advisor to a number of early stage digital technology firms.
